SUSANNA GOODRICH (CMGANZ)
Susanna Goodrich graduated from Sydney Gestalt Institute in 2002 following a brief and underwhelming career as a lawyer. Susanna has been in private practice in the Eastern Suburbs for nine years and is co-founder of the Gloo Project- a community project offering free and affordable therapy to people in recovery from addiction. She has been a trainer at Sydney Gestalt Institute for four years.
Susanna has wide and varied interests in psychotherapeutic practice- attachment theory, neuroscience, self-object relations, bodywork, creativity, metaphor and dreamwork. She is a busy mother, passionate cook, avid reader and enjoys nearly everything about her very honest marriage.
MICHAEL REED (BSW, MSW, PhD, FMGANZ)
Michael Reed is a registered psychologist and authorised supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia. He is also an accredited social worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers. Michael has been a practicing Gestalt Psychotherapist for over 30 years and a Gestalt trainer for 25 years.
Michael was the foundation President of GANZ (Gestalt Australia & New Zealand), the peak body representing Gestalt Practitioners in this region of the world (1998-2000), and the Chair of the Association's Ethics Committee (1998-2006). He was awarded the honour of 'Fellow of GANZ' in 2006.
Michael was awarded a PhD in Psychiatry by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney. He is a recipient of a NHMRC Travelling Fellowship and of the Professional Centre of Australia's 'Award for Excellence' for promoting the health of young people and families in the Pacific Region.
Michael is on the teaching/training faculty of a number of private counselling / psychotherapy institutes across Australia and has taught extensively in the areas of Gestalt Therapy, Relational and Family Therapy, Human Development, Adolescent Health and Ethics. He has published in numerous medical, healthcare, psychology and psychotherapy journals and presented keynote and invited presentations at international and national conferences. Michael has run Gestalt Therapy training workshops in Australia, the US, the Middle East and, most recently, in Japan.
Michael runs a private psychology / psychotherapy practice in Crows Nest where he offers specialized psychological and psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, couples and families as well as professional supervision, workshops and seminars.
Michael's professional interests include understanding the relational aspects of the therapeutic experience and developing creative approaches to promoting relational resilience.
Michael is a keen follower of sport, has played rugby in Australia and the Middle East, attended countless netball games and watched or officiated at numerous athletic sporting events.
LINDA FELDSTEIN
(Grad Dip Gestalt Psychotherapy, MSc Education (Learning Disabilities), BSc Education (Social Sciences), Cert. Chemical Dependency Counsellor) is a Psychotherapist, Educator and Trainer who has worked in both the public and private sectors for over twenty years.
Linda has worked with individuals and groups in traditional therapeutic settings, academia, and within the US prison system. Linda designed and directed "Project Resolve" transitioning hundreds of women from incarceration to community life. It was in this setting that a personal "koan" (question) arose – what elements contribute to fundamental and integrated change? This dynamic and lifelong exploration continues to grow in interest and vitality.
In addition to a private psychotherapy practice, Linda worked for 7 years at South Pacific Private as a therapist with persons impacted by addictions and a variety of mental health concerns. She has also been trained in relapse prevention therapy and domestic violence interventions. In the US, Linda acted as a community based support group leader for women affected by domestic violence.
As an educator and trainer, Linda has designed and facilitated courses on Mindfulness and ACT. At Nazareth University in Rochester, New York she trained Master's level candidates who had an interest in working in institutional settings – with an emphasis on incarcerated populations. Linda's current interests focus on the synergies and utility of traditional mindfulness-awareness practices and Gestalt psychotherapy. She has trained for over 40 years in mindful-awareness processes.
Linda's private practice is in the Redfern/Surry Hills area, she is a member of GANZ.
ANNIE McCRINDLE (MGANZ)

Annie completed her training with Gestalt Practitioners Training Sydney (GPTS) in 2008. In 2010 she interned with GTS and now joins faculty under the Train the Trainer programme.
Her original training was in Science but she has since then worked in a variety of fields, both public and private, as well as spending time raising her 2 daughters. She is an avid reader and passionate about learning. Her interests in psychotherapy include contemporary relational Gestalt, neuroscience and the embodied field, trauma, addictions , grief and loss as well as the use of vibrational essences to support healing in relationships.
She experiences a deep sense of connection to Nature which sustains her in her life.
She has a private practice in Mosman, is part of the GLOO community and GANZ member.

Judy Leung

Judy Leung PsyD, MAPS, MGANZ is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 33 years of clinical, teaching and supervisory experience. She was part of the teaching faculty of Illawarra Gestalt Centre for many years and the former
co-director of Gestalt Practitioners Training Sydney. Judy was involved in the inaugural set-up of GANZ, was part of the Directors of Training of GANZ for a few years, and is its clinical member.
In addition to Gestalt training, Judy’s background includes training in psychodrama, family therapy, play therapy, psychodynamic therapies, hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy, and EMDR. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and was a past Chairperson of its Shoalhaven Branch. Judy completed her doctorate in the area of neuropsychological assessment and has
held workshops and seminars in Gestalt training nationally and internationally. Her interest is in bringing an authentic, oriental, unorthodox, and humorous flavour to living.
Gabe Phillips
Gabe Phillips DipTeach, BEd, BA, GradDipAppliedPsych., MPsych., PhD, FMGANZ, MAPS. Gabe works in his private practice,
Lifespace Consulting where he sees, individuals and couples for psychotherapy, provides supervision to managers and mental health professionals and consults to business and community groups. His psychotherapeutic practice is grounded in relational philosophy and informed by gestalt, psychodynamic and diamond approach ideas and practices. Gabe has a particular interest in working with same-sex attracted people to develop healthy, intimate relationships and accepting confident identities.
Gabe is a Co-founder and former Managing Director and faculty member of Gestalt Therapy Australia (GTA). He is on the Editorial Board of the British Gestalt Journal and is an elected Fellow Member of Gestalt Australia and New Zealand (GANZ). He served on the GANZ Council from its inception in 1998 until 2010 in positions including Chair of GANZ Training Standards, Chair of Liaison
and Community Development, Chair of the Directors of Training for Australia and New Zealand and Convenor and Co-Convenor of the 5th and 7th GANZ International Conferences. He has also served on the GANZ Ethics Committee. Gabe has a keen interest in counselling and psychotherapy education.
Gabe is an ongoing student of the Diamond Approach to spiritual development (A.H. Almaas) and is engaged in synthesising psychological and spiritual perspectives into his understanding of human experience and psychotherapeutic practice.

Dan Bloom
Dan Bloom, JD, LCSW, is a psychotherapist in private practice in NYC. He was editor-in-chief of the journal Studies in Gestalt Therapy: Dialogical Bridges, is co-editor of Gestalt!, and on the editorial board of the Gestalt Review. His writings have appeared widely. He is on the faculty of several gestalt therapy institutes and trains, supervises, gives workshops, and lectures internationally. He was the immediate past president of AAGT and past president of the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy (NYIGT). Dan is a Fellow of the NYIGT and Full Member of the European Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy.
